Hygrade Casting provides CAD/CAM, 3D Wax printing, casting, post-processing and bench services to established jewellery businesses and professional trade operators. Our Trade Portal provides approved clients with the access to trade pricing, metal rates, live quoting and online job submission. Applications are individually reviewed before Trade Portal access is granted.

Submitting this application is the first step in our client verification and onboarding process.

  1. Submit your application: Provide accurate information about your business, ABN, industry experience and production requirements.
  2. Application review: Each application is reviewed individually to confirm business legitimacy, production requirements and compatibility with our services.
  3. Verification & onboarding: Where required, we will contact you to verify your details, discuss your requirements and confirm eligibility.

Trade Portal access is available to approved trade clients only.

Please note: Trade Portal access is intended for established businesses and experienced professional operators with genuine production requirements. Applications are individually assessed and submission does not guarantee approval, unverifiable online stores are not accepted.

This location is used exclusively for client wax drop-offs, trade consultations, administrative activities, and related business operations. All visits are strictly by appointment only. Entry will not be granted to unannounced visitors under any circumstances. The premises are protected by comprehensive security measures, including, but not limited to, monitored alarm systems and CCTV surveillance.
